Cause of vaginal problems after birth?

Hi, this is Pradeep here,

My wife is suffereing from vaginal problems like back pain due to fluid passes from vaginal area, burning sensation after urine and some times urine passes away after 4 years of baby birth.

Please suggest medications (anything natural) or excercises if any to fight the problems.
