There could be a couple of reasons of such burning. Some women think that they may be allergic to their partner’s semen but this is highly unlikely to happen. It can happen but it is very rare and the symptoms are not visible immediately after sex.

One of the reasons could be that there wasn’t enough lubrication during sex. If you are using bc pills, or other medications, they could decrease your natural vaginal wetness and you may get burning sensation due to friction and irritation.

Sometimes, spermicide from condoms could be irritating and cause strange symptoms.

In case you developed any of the vaginal infections, either yeast infection or bacterial, friction and penetration during sex will certainly aggravate the condition and causing burning and pain.
You could be suffering from contact dermatitis. It may occur if you have come in contact with an irritant for the first time. The irritants could be jelly spermicides, latex condoms, certain soaps, detergents or fabric softeners, feminine hygiene deodorants or douches, etc

Sometimes the pain arises due to uterine contractions during or after an orgasm. If this is the case, you could try taking ibuprofen before the intercourse to block this pain.

I would suggest you saw a gynecologist to see if there was an infection of any kind.
