Over the course of the past few weeks, I have noticed some changes. One, when I cum, if I ejaculate in under 10 minutes, my semen comes out as clear fluid with white, gelatinous clumps in it, which can be picked up. When I take a much longer time, it's normal, whitish clear, liquidy semen. But also, sometimes after I masturbate, I will get a burning sensation in my urethra, it's happened twice now. Both times I have an urge to urinate afterwards. Sometimes I feel a very faint version of that same sensation while I'm not doing much of anything.
I thought I was urinating more frequently but that's in direct correlation to days on which I exercise and thus drink way more water. Speaking of which, I've made major changes to my lifestyle over the summer. I've began working out after a life of inactivity, and I've been eating a lot more so that I can gain weight, being that I'm incredibly skinny. This means lots more protein/carbs for me. I also drink a lot more water and have eliminated sodas and other sugary sweets from my diet. I know clumpy semen can be the result of dehydration or a long period between ejaculations, but neither of those would apply to me.
I'm not getting any back pains that couldn't be ascribed to sitting in a chair for too long or doing squats, so I'm not particularly sure this is a prostate issue, but it sounds like it may be.
What is all this?
Thanks in advance.
