I've been having a bad habit of chewing the inside of my cheeks for years now and I can't seem to break the habit..I tried using gum but that doesn't help never tried using any type of mouth guards but I know I've been trying to stop for a while now but I keep catching myself doing it and maybe it's because I've been under a lot of stress lately and because I smoke I'm scared that it's going to cause health issues with my mouth and that I don't want!
