I was on100mg of Methadone a day. That was 5 years & I felt like I was getting nowhere. So I decided myself to come off it. But what I done was go back on the Heroine first. The reason I did this is because I know tht Heroine is far more easier to get off of than Methadone. I am now on my 5th week with no Methadone & I can honestly say that it wasn't at all bad. Probably cos I'm taking Heroine now. Now this week I'm cutting down & I know tht I will be ok...... I just want to get across to ppl is tht "Methadone IS LETHAL"!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, plus these Key Workers tht U get appointed to don't know f**k all about it,all they know about it comes from a book
