Im 18 years old. About a week ago I was masturbating and stopped right before I ejaculated because I wanted it to last longer. Then something weird happened. My penis started to feel really weird and it looked as if the head of my penis deflated or something. I then decided not to mess with it and just go to bed.  The next morning everything looked normal and I tried to masturbate. The head of my penis didnt get hard but I didnt thing anything of it.  Later when my penis was flaccid I noticed that The head of my penis was numb. I went to the doctor two days later and he said weird things happen and it was probably an irritated nerve. He gave me permission to continue playing football and said to come back if anything changes. Just yesterday my penis randomly went entirely numb and when I try to flex it only the base of my penis moves. I have no idea what is going on and Im scared that ive lost the use of my penis.  I went back to the doctor today and he said he didnt see anything wrong physically, so they took a urine sample and said my urine looked fine and said he would referr me to a urologist. Im very worried and Im starting to doubt that it will ever go back to normal. Any feedback would be great. If anyone has a similar story id like to hear it and how it turned out. Any advice on what do to or what it may be would be appreciated. Please, any feedback will help
