Your only option at this point is an emergency contraceptive such as Plan B or the I-Pill. But, they are MOST effective within 72 hours of having sex and you're past that. There can be some benefit up to 5 days so take it NOW.
The white creamy stuff is your bodies way of cleaning your vagina and does not mean you are pregnant.
