I had a few anxiety attacks in the year 2007 and became verry dizzy sinds.
Not really vertigo but more a feeling of lightheadedness.
My doctor says it is because i am constantly hyperventilating due to the anxiety.
I know when something happens like the bell goes or my cat throws something on the floor this feeling will be amplified for a few seconds and than turn to my normal level of lightheadedness even before i could take a breath (so it surely doesn't always comes from hyperventilating).
Why is it that i was on Zoloft my dizziness was gone and when i am off Zoloft it is allways there.
Does this mean my dizziness comes from low Serotonine levels, or is it the hyperventilation?
Does this sound familiar to some one?
Jason.
