What do I do? I have constant fatigue and weakness, nausea, diarrhea, and itchiness all over my skin. I am also six weeks pregnant. Are these all normal symptoms of pregnancy or could I be sick as well?

You might be ill on top of your pregnancy (which isn't generally dangerous at all, just uncomfortable), but what you describe might be normal for you. Unfortunately, there is no real normal pregnancy. The signs and symptoms we usually see are just the most common ones. My hair fell out when I was pregnant! That's not on any list. Nothing wrong with me, just thinning hair. Everything you describe could be normal for you, but if you are worried, see your doctor. That's why they're there. Early on, especially, can be a scary time for a newly pregnant mom, lots of things change very quickly. Your OB should be able to help you sort out the weird and normal from the rest.

I was itchy all over for most of my pregnancies, but only with my 2 boys, not my girl. It was a condition called PUPPS. I would scratch in my sleep until I bled. Went away a few hrs after delivery, but drove me nuts until then. Nothing worked to stop it and the dr's were clueless until I saw a dermatologist in my 9th month. My face and hands weren't itchy, but everywhere else was.
