I am a 24 year old female and for the past 2 weeks I have had constant nasea nad stomach pain. I am not pregnant and have taken several pregnancy tests to prove it. I have not yet vemited but am constantly feeling a need to run to the bathroom to vomit. Some days it is so bad that my heart starts racing and i feel as if it is going to jump out of my chest as well as feeling shaky and dizziness. I am not sure what to do. any help is appreciated.
