Hello,

Well, I have heard this story about the link between earing corn flakes or cereals with decreased sexual desire, but this is just a story based on long ago disproven things that the man who invented cereals, Kelogg, thought was true.  He, in the 19th century, believed that not only masturbation, but also sex, even in marriage, is something bad and unhealthy. So, he figured that he could fight these “bad desired” will be dealt with eating not spicy food such as corn flakes for breakfast.

All these things he thought were true were not even believed in in his time, even less so now when there is a good amount of research and knowledge that proven that there is no such food that decreases sexual desire.
