Hey girls! I need so much help. I bet alot of you have seen this one. I have the cottage cheese like discharge, I really need to fix this. I read about the gelatin capsules, sodium bicarbonate and what not. I really want someone that has gotten better from this issue to answer. Please, I'd be so thankful!

Hey Lilacflower. It could be just "that part of the month". how long do you have it? More than a few days? if yes, I suggest a visit to the doctor. It could be yeast infection. In this case you will probably have to go on antibiotics (a type that is inserted into vagina.. )

Hey. I've had this for a year or more now. So is it still possible it's just a yeast infection? Kinda scared, I've read alot of things like this on here they say it won't go away for like many years and it's married-women :'s.
Thank you so much!

And is it constant condition or it's on and off during the month?
If it's more or less constantly happening, you should go to the doctor. You will probably get antibiotics. if it's candida, it is very possible you will have to follow specific diet if the antibiotics won't help - restricted on diary, sweets etc. it's a very restrictive diet. And yes - in some more serious candida cases, infections can prolong for years, this is why it's important to seek for medical help. There are alternatives with herbs and diet, but if I was you, i would go to obgyn.
Let us know what is the case. Good luck!

TaniaT, It is constant. It decreases and increases randomly but it is still very constant. I went to the obgyn, she didn't help much. But atleast I don't have any infections (such as Hiv or anything, that's good). I don't know maybe I could go to a different gynecologist. Do you think I could just try buying some over-the-counter stuff (first and then go to the gyn) and try to fix it? Or would that endanger my pH levels down there?
