hi everyone!! i am just 21 and i have this problem of cough and cold and excessive mucus production which ultimately leads to breathlessness... i am an asthmatic and from the past 2 months it has increased many folds... i have to take rotahaler almost 2-3 times a day...pls help me get rid of this... breathlessness, mucus production and cold nose.... pls assist me in my diet.. what to eat and what foods to avoid..... waiting for replies.......
