Thanks every one... I really gained a lot on this topic... I also faced same problem in my early age... so i suggested to take vitamins supplements.. i started taking and it really work for me.. I prefer Jamieson vitamins for any vitamin deficiency i feel

You need to nourish your hair from within. Eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish (salmon is excellent) and cut out all your refined sugars. Without a proper diet full of nutients you will never be 100% healthy.
