Could I be pregnant or have homone side effect from IVF

I am 42 trying for a second child . In October I did IVF no success. December I have been trying all month with my husband . My period was 10 days late, it was very dark colored blood and lasted 2 days .January had period 5 days early , it lasted 3 days and finished. This month it was spot on and I had a lit of cramping this time . It lasted 3 days , quite watery. My breasts usually stop hurting straight away During my period . They are more swollen and very heavy and painful. I did a pg test it was negative . I am 1 size bigger and my tummy is bloated . I can't eat much as I feel full immediately . Had an attack of sciatica too which lasted a week and now I'm fine but still have sore breasts and swollen tummy. It's 10 days since I did pregnancy test and since my period. Could I be pregnant? Could I be having a reaction from the IVF homones I injected?
