Well I have not had my period in two months .. but i took a home pregnancy test and a blood test at my doctor could my doctor gotten it wrong or am i just stressing myself over nothing??

Hi! My last period was December 4, 2015 and the last week I have been feeling really sick when I'm in a car but just have a nauseated feeling all the time. Last night I could not stand the smell of the chicken I marinated and I could not eat it. I threw up at the smell. My lower back hurts and my breasts are sore as ever but no color changes. I am having constant headaches and feeling tired as well. Is it to early to test?
