Hello. I am a 21 years old female and I want to ask you a question. I have a step father that has bad kidney problems. I am worried about him, and I would like to see him get better. I was thinking. Is it possible to buy an organ? In this particular case, a kidney? I know that my question seem kind of strange, but I am serious.

No. Organ sale is forbidden by the law, and the only way someone can get organs is to go on a waiting list and wait until someone dies who has a contract about the organs. Than a doctor harvest those organs and they go to the first person on the list. There is a black market of organs out there, but of course, that is illegal, and acquired in who knows which way.
