she has on and off abdominal pain, though at some point its causes severe discomfort,general body pain esp.around the shoulders, had intercourse wth no protection.

i think you should visit your doctor, needing to pee could be a symptom of something else, also you could wait another week or too and take another test as the hormone levels may not have been high enough for the oregnancy test to pick up that you were actually pregnant
