I have this spot on my tummy that feels if someone stuck a hot poker inside. Its like a raw feeling.
I had a c-section 2 years ago. I dont know if theres a bump as the skin around my tummy is loose and thick. I cant feel anything.
This pain is specially worse when I do excercise, cough, or do anything that involves me using my tummy muscles alot.
This is really affecting the quality of my life, I am really trying to do things the healthy way and also loves to play with my 2 year old, but this is making it really hard for me.
PS if it is a hernia can I ask if they could remove some skin from my tummy as well when they fix the hernia?
