I have cracked cuts in the lower part of my of the head of the penis. Is this any form of an std? I'm sexually active with my girlfriend. Im also circumsized. A few days ago i found that i have some smegma at the lower part of my penis also. Any ideas? I'll pretty much appreciate it.

The cuts may indicate a yeast infection.
Smegma is normal but not usually an issue with a circumcised male. You need to improve your hygiene.
