TRY OUR SEARCH!

Hey guys, from reading through every individual post here its pretty discouraging and i hope the BEST in your search for this damn cure.

This dry cracked BS has been happenig to me for about 3 monhts now. Thinking that id have some help, i first off when to my Family Dr. who thought this could be yeast so prescibed with this kill all; 1 week treatment of an oral medication would help out and id be good to go. Which ended up not doing jack. Told him that it didnt and decided it was time to refer me to a dermetologist.

Now going to one of the best in my area i was quite confident that this would be it. Went there and Dr said that this was some sort of oral infection and gave me a steroidal shot to clear this up. And told to come back in the following week and Id be good to go. Eager to wait the full week and see what was happeing here i did and once again another BS claim. So now i asked the Dr if this were him and and this was his PENIS what the hell would he do. He told me that i should see a uroligist and a Allergenist.

Urologist gave me no help at all, reassured that this wasnt a STD. STI. anything happing with my liver, thyroids etc etc Which ive been told since day one. Than the allergenist tests me for all these things i could be allergic to and comes up Jack.

lol ok at this point this is wat kind of symptoms ive had over this time

-night sweats - frequent urination at nighttime - blurred vision - dizzyness - dry red skin - testicle pain - ....Now these are on off and scale from crappy to S**ty

What ive used

Creams, moisureizers, diffrent soaps, clothing, diffrent detergent etc

In help for this cure all, best i would say is stay AWAY from this harsh c**p people are telling you to use. Dont you think some of this medications are possibly eating away at the skin if there trying to elimiate the infection bug etc.

Keeping this area dry wont help with the healing process and only be made to look worse. We do this with our normal skin but foreskin has to be taken care of like a deep wound or cut. Keep clean as possible and use neosporin, vitamin E, stuff to help with prioasis or dermitis might help also.

Either or guys this is a guessing game and have to try your hardest to figure this out ourselves in a non freaking out matter. you cant hop on the internet and hope for our cure. You know ur body better than what any post can explain.

Thanks guys and Best Of LUCK

I've been subscribed to this thread so what? Years? lol... All I can say is ignoring it and living normally makes me feel better about it and that antibiotics make it worse. I have a regular sex partner now, and it's not ever been an issue. Just stop examining it so closely and just accept it as a fact of life. Soon you'll realize it's really no big deal at all. To the last guy who posted, your words were refreshing. The last 10 or so replies were worthless. It's funny getting emails that someone has posted in here every now and then.

If you read the whole thread you'd note that several uncircumsized men have had this problem as well most going as far as to say they'd likely have a one to try and fix it. If you have problems with your parents try taking it up with them rather than making it a political issue. m***n.

moisturize with cold pressed coconut oil twice a day for a week and see if that helps....I had same issues and it came under control with the coconut oil which is also a natural anti viral/bacterial containing lauric acid...I tried so many things and this actually helps a lot..if anyone tries it out let me know how it worked on you as well...

From your symptoms, it does sound like a fungal infection, although your skin may just be dry and irritated. Soaps, detergents, latex condoms, certain lubes, etc. could cause the problem you describe. Try using a penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) with natural emollients to nourish and soothe the skin and help to repair the damaged epidermal tissue.

Hope you find the answer!

i seem to have the same thing, it appeared about the same time i was taking prescription for my akne, but i did sleep with someone a few weeks before it started to occur, so i can't rule out an std, to scared to go to the gum clinic, and i used to try all sorts of things, over a month or 2 it the redness and dryness started to go away and it almost looked like it was healing, it the redness would be coated in a white cover, at this moment, if i masturbate i would occasionally get a red circle appear somewhere on the foreskin but then that red circle would disappear within a few days. i have tried e45 cream but it just seems to irritate it, i now wash in just water no soaps, or any shower gels, i try not to masturbate as much, and i try not to eat sugar based foods, im paranoid about sugar being the cause of this, probably stupid i know but eh. hoped i helped anyone and hope people can shed light i know its hard to help, but it does seem comforting when people speak out online, even though i should just man up and go to the GUM Clinic.

I wa diagnosed with chlymodia about 2 weeks ago. I had some irritation inside my penis which was what made me get checked out.. anyway, doctor gave me and my partner 4 pills, he didnt say to take them all at one time, so I took 1 a day for 4 days.. I felt some relief but it still felt wierd. I called the doc to let them know and asked when I was cleard to have sex again, he said to just use a condom and wash up after, and then he put me on zythromax, 2 pills a day for 10 days. the day I took 1 pill, my penis swelled up really bad ,(mainly the foreskin around the head). it hurt real bad and itched even worst. I couldn't avoid scratching.. eventually the swelling went down, but the area I scratched is trying to stab, however, due t its location, th wound cannot breath. im on week 2 now and it doesnt seem to be healing fast enough... noy to mention I havent had any type of sexual activity, including my right hand man. lol. anyway.. I try gauzing it but being uncircumcised, it seema to roll up and the gauze never stays, and when it does, it sticks to the wound and when I try taking it off, it rips some of the skin off (OUCH!). doctor gave me clotrimazole and betamethasonr dipropionate cream, but it doesn't seem to do anything but help a little with the itching, but then it burns a little. I feel like im screwed.

I know this problem very well.

In September of last year (2012) I had unprotected sex - the next day I had irritation when urinating, a slightly darker discolouration around my urethra, dry and red penis head, and over time small cracks appeared. My foreskin also had a tendency to not fully cover my penis head. After two weeks the need to urinate a lot / burning sensation subsided, and when I saw a doctored it was presumed to be an unspecified urethritis. Overtime the dryness, redness etc. remained, and after a course of antibiotics for a throat infection the redness worsened considerably. This would appear to be a fungal infection, perhaps yeast.

But in February, I was at the end of my tether. A proper diagnosis had evaded me - indeed, I was told it was caused by body wash (which had never disturbed me prior to the sex, and even after washing only with water the problem persisited), and by other "professionals" that it was nothing at all. I sporadically had feelings of discomfort after I masturbated, a sense of discomfort when urinating, but these passed while the redness, dryness, and the foreskin still being a little tight (I surmised this was caused by the dryness). In fact, I'd say this is all dryness caused, the root cause is my penis is not as naturally lubricated as it used to be when I was healthy.

So at the end of February I was prescribed Canesten cream, used it for 3 weeks and although the dryness and redness decreased, it seemed to return a little afterwards... and most of all, the cracks remained and the natural lubrication I had prior to the unprotected sex of September did not return. A test taken showed no thrush.

What to do? The causes here began immediately with unprotected sex, and have extended to keeping my penis dryer than it should be, as well as urinary discomfort. I just want my normal feeling back, I know my body and I can't buy "it's nothing" because it certainly is. College makes getting appointments at my local clinic absolutely impractical as hell, and I've told no one what I have so I can't get transport by family to further medical facilities.

Frustrated. I'm going to get another appointment and maybe direct the doc to this page; maybe then some more understanding will come about. I was convinced that a stronger anti-fungal e.g. fluconazole instead of the Canesten (which was hydrocortisone and clotrimazole) would be beneficial, but from what I've seen perhaps even anti--fungals aren't the cure. I don't want constant treatment either, I want it FIXED.
