I had a unprotected sex with a women about a year ago, since then I the skin on my penis head (glans) keeps peeling off. I've tried few anti-fungal and anti-bacterial creams available over the counter (4derm and Candid), but no luck. 

I used to clean it everyday with soap and dry it well, but someone suggested not to use the soap. So i just clear the skin flakes with plain water. 

None of the above were useful. There's no itching or anything else, just the skin peels off and I feel disgusting. Please suggest.
