i have the same thing because of a genetic dysplasia I have from birth......the problem literally persisted since then and I never got rid of it :(. I have also been given creams that seem to alleviate the symptoms but never cleared them out. I just keep hoping that the symptoms go away even if the process is slow...

Tell him to use CarMax the one in the tube and also i think the quality of bars of soap is used to using good quality bar soap or liquid body wash or I mean it's the same thing as lotion you know how these products go they want you to keep using and buying their products so after you stop using it your your all messed up or whatever the case maybe it's messed up so you got to keep purchasing it so they can make money cuz they're ruining your body or your skin or whatever but that's what I think it is

I know it’s probably a little to late now but I have the same issue, my doc told me it’s caused by a lack of lubricant during sexual activities, it’s nothing major it happens to most guys just make sure u clean of any soap when washing yourself and u should e fine

Hi. I have had this problem for about 3 years. I have tried everything. I have been to a normal doctor, and a skin doctor. Have used Canesten for several weeks, and it helped when I was applying it, but afterwords it returned to being cracked and dry when I was masturbaiting. I have tried moisturizing with Coconut oil, almond oil and normal moisturizing cream. Nothing seems to help. I have also developed sebaceous glands because of this. Now the reason I am writing on this forum, is to help you, as I think I finally fixed the problem. These last days, I have been showering in the morning, drying my penis with the foreskin behind, and applied no cream or anything like that. Instead, I have taken a glass of warm water, and mixed it together with a full teaspoon of salt (as in the one you have in your kitchen). I dip my penis for about 5min in the water (with my foreskin behind), before I take it out. Afterwords, I DON'T dry the penis, but let salt water stay inside my foreskin, so it dries out by itself. I am getting GREAT results from this! Not only is my penis stopping to crack, but the sebaceous glands are dissapearing! It might not be the solution for you, but it sure as hell helped me!

Get checked for bacteria. They swab you penis again and there is an anti bacterial cream if that is the problem.

Hahahaha GUYS!!! Just take a few days off of Sex/Jerkin it (Which most on here usually are) getting dry skin means too much frictions too much jerkin it. Hahaha I do agree chapstack on the foreskin. Haven't need to for head. But ya I've had problem and ya and if it doesn't get better without touching it for a couple to a few days THEN you go to a demonologist.
