I have been a vegetarian for so long and I though that, meat is simply no longer good food to me. I have talked to mothers who say that they were "craving" meat during pregnancy because no when I am pregnant I have trepidation about signals to eat meat. Does anybody had these "cravings" and if did, what to do about it?

Cravings are a sign your body needs a particular item. Even if you get a craving for a food, you do not have to eat it. Try to find a vegan substitute for the meat (such as veggie burger). Since the human body has no biological need for meat, I cannot see why you cannot handle this kind of cravings.
