Oh my gosh.... I can't stand not having what I want to eat.  It isn't fair.  I don't know how other people do it.  I am craving bread so bad and I want to have some cotton candy.  I have weird cravings I know!  It's just that I know I am not to have them so I want them all the more.  I really just want to quit the diet and eat what I want.  The heck with the consequences.

It can be very difficult to adhere to a diabetic diet if you believe you cannot eat your favorite foods.  You can pretty much eat anything as long as you stay within your carb allotment.  You just need to know the number of carb grams in each item you would like to have.  If you want bread, you just need to figure out 15 to 30 grams worth to fit into a meal.  For a snack, you can have 15 grams of the cotton candy.  It is hard to have to keep track of the all of the foods you consume but once you get to know how much you can have of an item, then you can plan much easier.  Please consider being compliant with your diabetic diet.  You can eat things with lower carb content like diet pudding that can satisfy your cravings for chocolate.  Try to be creative with your food intake and you will not feel deprived.

Hello, Guest-ly person! Maybe you can try to substitute stuff out; bad for good. Or at least get something smaller and cotton candy flavored, like a dum-dum if it gets too bad. Good luck sticking to your diet! You probably don't want to buy a cotton candy machine or anything, huh? I hope your sugar stays low. Good luck, again!
