Hi, I'm a nurse and I work in women's services. A yeast infection would be white and like cottage cheese. It might also be itchy and cause swelling or redness around your vagina area. Basically, you would know if you have one. What you are experiencing is a normal great part of sex. As you become more aroused your vagina produces more natural lubrication to welcome your partner ! It's perfectly normal! But if your ever worried, give your gynecologist a call :)

I really don't know why there isn't more information on the internet about this absolutely NORMAL vaginal secretion. I'm 60yo, and here's what I've come to believe we're all discussing here (ruling out an STD like a yeast infection)
Years ago when I asked my wonderful OB/GYN about this he said it's just the normal healthy vaginal content. Nice damp vagina, self-cleaning orifice, skin cells, possibly some old semen. Basically vaginal 'junk', that eventually via gravity will end up in your panties..... Research: smegma.... usually thought of for guys, but girls version is similar.
Anywhooo......
What I've determined this white creamy goop is, is simply the upper vaginas (near cervix) contents of this harmless white creamy discharge which without the act of sex would find it's way down & into your panties. But instead of gravity bringing it out slowly, the man's penis is thrusting away up there, bringing it down quickly with his first couple of thrusts. He's speeding up the process. Generally, there isn't a lot of it, but I'd think every woman is different, so the volume of it may vary. Don't worry about it. If it bothers either one of you, keep a pack of baby wipes at the edge of your bed so you can do a little clean up.
I've found that some guys are turned ON by it, thinking it has something to do with how much they've turned you on, while others not so much, but not enough to stop what they're doing =)
Personally, the creaminess is only apparent during the first few minutes of sex. And if I'm having repeated sessions, the later ones none at all. When I'm really turned on, my natural lubrication is clear & slippery. Like I said, I'm 60yo, so I've had a lot of time to study this subject.
I hope that helps!
