Hi ! I had an chest X-ray and after a iodised CT scan on my chest at 8 weeks pregnant .
I am worried since then. Now I am 23 weeks pregnant and the baby seems to be as it should but I am still scarred by the thought of childhood cancer.
Is anyone in the same situation ?
I would appreciate if a radiologist will tell me something about this . I just need to know what to expect in the future.
Many thanks !

I'm a freelance technical journalist writing an article on advanced imaging systems. I'm interested in learning more about micro CT, including its relative cost in comparison with 2D systems.

There's a fairly extensive study on this. Before you panic (to any new readers, as this post is already over a year old), please read the results. There's good news, as well as caution.
