Cum on fingers, Possibly pregnant?

So, this is my situation. I just started birth control and I understand that it probably won't help me so early. But my boyfriend and I had sex on July 15th and i got my period on July 7th. We had sex with a spermicidal condom on and it didn't fall off or anything. He didn't cum in me, he pulled out before and took the condom off and came on his hand, no where near me. Then he wiped his hands and we went to the bathroom together to check the condom to make sure it didn't break (filled it up with water and squeezed it) no breaks, no leaks and his hands got kind of wet during the fill up. Then we went back into his room and about 20 minutes later he fingered me. My boyfriend has a low sperm count. I was just wondering if there is any chance that I could be pregnant. I understand that we should have been more careful but I didn't think of it until a couple days later. I'm freaking out and I'm not going to get my period for another 20 days. I'm making myself crazy. I don't plan on having sex or doing anything until i'm fully protected by birth control and when I'm ready. Please help.
