For several years I have experienced this. Sometimes it is a LOT of blood. I noticed in the last 2 year that small anal fissure like "tear" i guess. But, it mainly happens when my back hurts and or strained a lot. After lifting very heavy things, then having a bowel movement, it is really bad, but like I say, the blood is bright I guess, but seems darker than lighter...Any ideas?? Thanks
