I have this red bump about half a centimeter with a white ring around it. It is painful even with the slightest touch. I have not tried doing anything with it but I remember it started out small and just white. It then grew a bit bigger and turned red with the white ring around it.
Anyone have any ideas of what it it? I'm deciding on leaving it for now.

Hey, me again. I'm sure it's not a pimple now. The white ring around the bump is now turning black! It hurts even when I scrape it slightly when I'm walking. Its actually 1 cm in diameter so this is worrying the hell out of me.

How long have you had this? Its unlikely to be an STD since you haven't had sex.
It may be a sebaceous cyst, an oil gland. You may see a white puss come out of it.
