so like i had sex like a week or two but i used a condom so like my penis has this dark spot and like another dark lil tiny spot so i woke up today and i saw little red dots they dont hurt or itch there just there im only 17 and im scared to go to the doctor can anyone help me and it doesnt burn when i pee
