I'm prescribed cocodamol 30/500 for pain.
I'm now unable to function without them.
Last week I tapered all week from 6-8 a day to the Friday when I had 1 1/2 throughout the day. It's Sunday night now and I've just ruined all the hard work by taking 1 tablet. I'm really ashamed of myself.
I've got diarrhea and all the other withdrawal effects.
I'll never get this under control.

Stay strong 1 tab is nothing you done a week try 2 then 3 and most prob a month will go past and you will be all good.. Stay strong brother
