Dermoid cyst - Hard Swollen tummy a year later

I had a dermoid cyst (size of a water melon) and my right ovary removed in June 2012.  Since the op, I have numbness where the op was, I expected that, but in  the last week, my stomach seems hard and bloated and I am now a bit scared...
