I have been off the pill and trying to become pregnant for 6 months. Every month since coming of the pill, my periods have remained very regular at 31 days (except one month it was 30 days). The suddenly i am a week late. in this time i have convinced myself that i am pregnant, very happy. Then the day i was going to do a test, bad stomach pains, and there it was - 7 days late. How can this happen so suddenly? Could i have had a very early misscarriage? I did have an abortion years ago, and it has always been a fear that i will not be able to get pregnant.
