Please tell me how I can prevent the constant diarrhea and vomiting that is associated with Anisakiasis. I was recently infected and I would really like to get better soon. Nobody likes the thought of worms in their body but the symptoms are pretty awful with Anisakiasis. So any tips are greatly appreciated.
