It's been 4 days since my abortion. I woke up from a sleep with some severe shooting pains as I was walking along I has to kneel down. I went to the toilet and I had diahorrea .. Do u reckon I'm only getting the pain due to diahorrea ? The pain seems to be settling now but I'm just worried incase it's infection ? I don't have a high temperature.
