Hi, I actually have 2 questions, I'm 13 and I'm 179cm tall and I started lifting weight(7-9kg) and then dad told me to top because because I might stop getting taller, so I stopped immediately and I was lifting for about a week or so, is it too late?
My second question, yesterday I was doing leg lifts but then when stopped I felt the lower part of my back really hurt(no, not my ass) it feels like a bone is hurting, did I do something wrong? Did that stunt my growth?(:'/) Tbh I might have overdid the leg lifts, i did 10 reps X10 to reach a total of 100 reps, and I have no intention of doing that again, please help me! I really panic every time I think about my growth.

I doubt very seriously that the exercise you did stopped you from growing. Height has a lot to do with genetics. Take a look how tall you mom and dat are. Expect to be around that height. Your only 13 and males continue growing until their 16 or so. You probably haven't got you sudden growth yet. That will happen when testosterone kicks in as you go through puberty. It happens at different times for different males. Be patient and I think everything will be okay. My height is exactly the same height as both my mom and dad. There are both 5'7" and so am I. Give yourself some more time to grow. You have at least 3 more years to grow.
