I am trying to loose some weight although I have never been even close to the success. But this does not mean that I will quit, in fact I have been reading about the new diet, one with omega-3 fatty acids. Supposedly, it should be very effective. What do you say, should I try it or not?

Even though the mentioned acid really is important for organism, still it does not mean that the diet with it will help you at all. What you need is a strong mind, and when that is achieved, maintaining a diet will be very easy. And you should also think about having balanced meals, ones that would satisfy all of your requirements.
