One friend of mine came to me with an excellent idea. Somewhere she has heard for Cybergenics diet plan, which is supposed to work. Since we are both a little bit overweight, we would like to try it. We just know it’s based on the amount of protein and carbohydrates we are consuming. How this diet plan goes, we need instructions to do it.

There are four small meals planned during you are on Cybergencis diet plan. Those meals are approximately 3 hours apart. These small, frequent meals help keep your metabolism moving and consuming calories. Otherwise, your organism uses these calories not for metabolism, than storing them as fat. Calculate your total protein for one day. You should consume one gram of protein for every pound of your Ideal Body Weight. Your daily carbohydrate intake is determined first by whether a day is "Low Carb" or sometimes "High Carb". On the “Low Carb” days, you should consume 1/4 of your Ideal Body Weight in grams of carbohydrates. Remember, you have to eat only fibrous carbs on your Low Carb days. Your protein requirement remains the same throughout recommended 14 days, how long this Cybergenics diet should lasts. However, egg whites and canned tuna, which are high in sodium, should be excluded from your choices at least in the final six days.

I have tried the quick trim several times, last one being in 98. It did work however I would have to say the Longer It takes with losing weight,
