Hi, folks. I know that polyunsaturated fatty acids are very important for organism. They cannot be created in our organism, so we must take them with food. I would like to know which food sources of the two main dietary acids are. Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it.

Hello. You are absolutely right. You must take polyunsaturated fatty acids through food since they cannot be created in organism. Fish and shellfish are rich with these acids. If your diet does not include these, then change it. Hemp oil and soya oil are also good food sources of these acids.
