i noticed this about 3 years ago, the underside and sides of my scrotum suddenly changed from light brown to white/pink as well as one white dot near the base of my penis. i also seem to have little pimple like things going up just the left side of my penis. i do not have sex often but i masterbate regularaly. somebody please help, i have not gone to a doctor yet and im kind of confused HELP!!!

I have something similar but it's the tip of my foreskin that's lost it's color. It looks as if I dipped it in bleach water.

I asked my nurse practitioner at the VA about it and she said it was just a loss of pigment and is normal.

I have a patch of skin under may shaft going into my scrotum a little larger than a quarter. It's noticeably more pale and appears to have a reddish ring around it. I dot have sex often, but when I do it's with the same woman for over 5 years. I'm 26 and this is the first occurance. I had a roommate a few years agowho had similar symPotms over his whole body. He was told it was a type of yeast infection of the skIn. My best guess is it's some kind or fungus or bacterial infection. I'm treating mine with colloidal silver and will update soon. I wouldn't get worried unless you notice an ulcer form, then I would seek immediate attention.
