i have the same problem as well yet the doctor didnt have any answer for it, one just told me that i have std yet i m not really into sex not as active as normal guys, he gave me some antibiotics but that didnt help much, the pain was gone however the uncomfortable testical (esp the left one) , the left leg, the left lower back.
i flew to singapore and try to have as many different type of doctors looking into the problem but none have any idea. please kindly advice what should i do and what type of doctor should i visit, many many thanks.

Hi , I have been researching these symptoms over the internet for quite sometimes now . What i come to realize is that most of these symptoms may be associated with trapped gas/ air /wind or whatever you call it . I pass gas a lot . It looks like I kept eating things that create gas in me or it may be another disorder that creates the gas . I will start to control my diet and reduce gassy foods . I will also go the the Doctor and check for hernia , varicosele , kidney stones as these can cause lower back , testicle / inner thigh pain. in my case i have been having these kind of pains but they never completely fit the full description of the disease they would usually come from . I will follow a set of treatment and will definitely post good results . For now I will try the gas treatment and see what that does .

6 yrs ago I found a hard pea sized object just below my left testicle. It seems unattached, but I can't move it far from its location. It or something else is causing me pain and discomfort around my left testicle area close to my abdomen more so than around the testicle itself. There is another larger object tucked under my right testicle, it however is soft and shapeless. I cannot move it around at all. Sometimes it causes a deeper discomfort and is more tender to probing. I went to the doctor once and had a sonic gram. Amazingly, nothing showed up, but the doctor felt it themselves. So its not my imagination. That was three years ago.
It's still causing me pain and discomfort today, so much its difficult to sleep sometimes. Doesn't seem to be associated with sex or gas. My semen color is normal. I don't hunt down the object under my right testicle often, as it cause me discomfort infrequently. The other pea sized object has been there ever since though, I feel it ever time I take a shower. And the pain and discomfort is more frequent.
A cyst I hope, but the presence of it is unnerving. I'm going back to the doctor soon cause I can't take the mystery of it all anymore. I guess still being alive is a good sign?

It is very common to have testicle pain during puberty as they are growing and becoming heavier which will strain the veins and cords.
Things like running straining yourself or exercising can also cause discomfort.
Wearing an athletic support or underwear that provides support for your testicles may help you can use ice or take a bath if you need to find relief.
Telling your parents and seeing your doctor is a good idea just to make sure everything is ok.
But many guys have the same thing going during puberty.
