Did you ever get your dizziness resolved? I am almost 6 months out cervical c567 surgery and have the same issues. I’ve Had testing and nobody says anything is wrong. I never had this before surgery and am so frustrated.

L4,5,6 fusion. 2 weeks after developed spinal leak symptoms. Bad migraine, vomiting and dizziness. MRI determined no leak. 7 months later still dizziness and balance issues. Seeing a neurologist tomorrow.
