I'm not an expert, but from what I've read, some possible causes of dizziness and fluid in the forehead after a tumor removal from the right front lobe may include:

  1. Post-operative complications: Depending on the type of surgery performed, there can be several post-operative complications that can occur, including dizziness and fluid accumulation in the forehead.

  2. Infection: Infection can occur after any surgical procedure and can cause dizziness and fluid accumulation in the forehead.

  3. Recurrence of the tumor: Although rare, it is possible for a tumor to recur after surgery.

  4. Other neurological conditions: Dizziness can be a symptom of other neurological conditions such as vertigo or Meniere's disease.

Have you done any tests to try determining what is happening?
