Three days ago I woke in the morning and as soon as I started to get up the room started spinning and I felt very dizzy. My stomach started to feel up set. I layed back down. lying still and not moving, I felt fine. Soon the room was spinning again and I had to throw up. I was sick the rest of the day. On the second day, I was still feeling dizzy, but not as much. By the third day I could get up. I felt slightly dizzy when I would first sit up and then ok to stand. I still feel that way today (fourth day), but I have controlled it with Bonnine (air sick pills). I had this same thing three times now in my life, the first being about 10 years ago and the second about 4 years ago, and now this third attack. Now I am scared because this time it does not seem to be clearing up completely. What could it possibably be?
