Well Today was an interesting day for my workout. I ran 6 miles at 6:15 this morning and I lost about 7 pounds of water while sweating like crazy!



I drank 44 more ounces of Gatorade.

THe soccer game is not going to be an every day thing but it might become a weekly stress relief for us.

Do I need to be worried about losing that much water weight in one day?

I think it should not be much of an issue to have lost water weight by running. Although 7 pounds seems to be quite alot of weight loss. But, it should not cause any probems. I suggest you to consult your dietician.
