For the most part, yes. The urge to satisfy sexual cravings eases off as hormones level out towards the end of puberty. Sadly, they often continue to decrese with age, so enjoy it. I believe it is also important to try and use moderation, because in a sense, the thrill of ejaculation could become addictive.

Most adults won't admit to kids that they still masturbate. Most adults are liars. Those who don't have sexual partners masturbate almost as often as teenagers. Even those who do have partners usually masturbate when their partner is unavailable. Even those with partners will occasionally play with themselves because after all, who knows how to make you feel good better than you yourself? But if I were you I wouldn't ask your grandpa how often he does it ;-)
