Had Greenlight 4 weeks ago and (ejaculated normally, no retro) for the 1st time today. Very surprised,  Doc told me 100% chance it would be Retro since he was going to remove bladder neck obstruction. Should I be concerned?

Flow still varies from weak to strong after 4 weeks.
