PLEASE READ: Anyone who is concerned about permanent penis size reduction needs to read this! I felt compelled to reply to this to put all your fears to rest. One of original responders stated that it would be permanent and that multiple studies have been conducted and then used some pseudo-science terms to make it sound legit. However I can tell you for a FACT that it is NOT TRUE! The penis size reduction is temporary and only happens while you are on the med. I have been on and off adderal several times over the years, I usually stop taking it because I build a tolerance to it very quickly so I no longer benefit from the dose I'm on (and I don't want to increase my dose because I will only build tolerance again and still have to go through the same procedure) I was also off adderall for about 4-5 years then went back on it again. Adderall (like any stimulate) causes your blood flow to constrict which will interfere with your penis size and ability to maintain an erection this happens ONLY because you're temporarily getting less blood to that area. The effects vary person to person as does the time in which it takes for your penis to return to normal (both in size and sexual ability) For me the effect it has on my penis generally will last 6-8hrs after taking my dose but it depends on a lot of factors (Age, Weight, Metabolism etc) but I can assure you that these effects are not at all permanent! There haven't been any real studies done on the matter because it's a very obvious cause and effect. So to reassure you again, Your penis will absolutely go back to its normal size! As will your ability to maintain an erection and perform. The effects will only last for as long as the drug is currently in the system. For daily users I recommend you take your dose in the morning and save any sexual activity for the night or If you are seeing someone new refrain from taking your dose altogether when you feel like the possibility of sex could happen. (please consult your doctor about abruptly stopping your dose for a day or two personally I've never had any ill effects from this but everyone varies so don't just take my word for it) It can be pretty embarrassing especially when you are not in a long term commitmented relationship and it can be VERY distressing if you don't know the reason why it's happening and so much more so if you believed that it would be permanent! The original person that posted all of those fake answers was trolling you guys. I'm all about trolling in the right environment (You don't want to run in to me on xbox live lol) but when it comes to medical issues and self-esteem issues there's nothing to joke about. Almost all men factor their penis size into their self esteem and all men factor their sexual performance in so trolling on this kind of subject is not at all okay! So everyone that is worried about this please rest assured that this med will not cause any damage to your penis and the side effects will last as long as the medication is currently in your system.

damn saw this i have been taking this med forever after seeing this and wonder why i was 4 inches hard and about under 1/5 wide will i was hard and then i hear my friends saying there 6 7 8 and 9 inches long f**k this im done taking this

The adderall seems to increase my testosterone levels when I'm on it, and I just jizz in my pants randomly, but it does shrivel my penis and balls for about 3 days. Others probably feel the same but everyone's different.

Studentdoctor, I am for ever thankful if quitting the Dex will fix me.

I am 97% certain that I suffer from this due to intake of 20-60 mg Dexedrine every day since I was 23. Now I´m 31, with low T.
The Dex not working anymore. My pupilles aren´t even dilated as they used to with Dex.

Tried TRT, but it´s not working. What worked for a while though was using AI´s and HCG to correct the low T.
But eventually that stopped working too.

I suspect something has happened with my adrenals too. Would you happen to have any knowledge about how the adrenals are burnt?

Okay chillll, so this is a very late reply but I hope it helps. Adderall is a stimulant, it increases attention and focus by stimulating your central nervous system using a combition of amphetamines and other drugs I am not too sure of. For people like me that are already super hyper and think at one million miles per minute, it brings our ability to focus on a single task significantly higher and will also bring us down to a normal activity level being less hyper and distracted and more focus or relaxed for our daily tasks. For one such as yourself, it does increase your focus but also increases significantly your energy levels, you will not eat, you will not be able to sleep and it decreases a production of testosterone while on the meds because of imbalances caused by the increase in production of other hormones, chemicals etc... This will shrink your penis temporarily! So relax everything will go back to normal and your stomach probably hurt because you have been raging for days and have probably eaten a small meal if even that. I would not recommend taking this medication while you are still growing however, becausw a lack of nutrition inhibits growth, which will stunt growth. Hope I could help a little and maybe calm your nerves. :)

It does if u use your stick inappropriately.
However, in most cases, it just makes you less sensitive - harder to get full erection. For me, central nerve stimulant actually increased max blood volume capacity of my penis. However it was so hard to get turned on enough. Cuz it can cause both turned on or no desire.

Thank u cause boy penis was at 41/2 soft and now it's at 21/2 inches long. And so there's nothing to do about it

Stop taking immediately!!!! I was forced to take adder all for 9 years growing up and it stopped puberty from happening down there at all. It's ruined relationships and confidence for me. It depletes dopamine and can lead to depression trust me I know. I had a buddy experiencing the same thing he stopped taking them at 16 and slowly started to hit puberty. Trust me I'm not BS adder all has ruined my sex life and I've had sex with more than plenty of women. And let me tell u there's a small select few who won't mind. But the majority of the time size DOES matter. Take it from someone whose lived it. Stop using adder all if u want to have a future healthy sex life. It's not worth the perks of taking it. I can tell u I'm 29 now and haven't had to use adder all in some 11-12 years and I can concentrate fine and get things done. And I Still have the energy I had because of adhd and trust me that's not a bad thing in certain areas. Hint hint

This happened to me and I just took them yesterday. And I'm having trouble sleeping and I'm not tired what so ever. I haven't eaten/drank water. I forced a Mc chicken down my throat and some water and it somewhat relieved the chest pain that I was feeling.. I'm currently waiting this out and waiting for school to mf start. If you notice, when it's flaccid, or is in fact smaller than normal. However when you get an erection it will go to your normal fully erect size.

Cocaine and meth are the same. screwed up country we live in that kids are given this drug.
