I’ve had this happen to me and for me, nitric oxide supplements have helped significantly. Be careful because you don’t want to drop your blood pressure too low so have a way to monitor that.

My experiences have been the complete opposite. I started a consistent Adderall treatment again about 1.5 years ago after being off of it for a while. I have actually been noticing that my penis has been getting larger and feeling larger. In fact, my girlfriend has asked me twice within the span of a few months if I have been getting bigger, most recently a few days ago. I can still get hard while on it (and last MUCH longer) but it does take a notable amount of effort to get it up. Perhaps take this with a grain of salt since I've always felt that I have great blood flow in that region and am in my late 20's.

I made a discovery that is really quite amazing: NAC (N-Acetyl-Cystein) appears to counteract penile shrinkage while on adderall! I kind of discovered this on accident. I was prescribed Adderall at the age of 6, and used it all the way through high school - essentially all the stages of my puberty occurred while on adderall. My testicles would retract and penis shrink - an effect very similar to jumping in freezing cold water. Also, the color would change, most likely a result of blood restriction. This embarrassing state was normal for me throughout all my childhood. Although it would return to normal once the medication would wear off, my penis and testicles were in this unhealthy state all day everyday. Doctors have make clear that ADHD stimulants won’t decrease penis size (permanently at least), but there isn’t a whole lot of research on whether it can negatively effect the development/growth or final adult size when taken during puberty. I’m obviously not a doctor, but it would make sense that a penis with little blood supply and cellular restriction would not develop at the rate a normal one would. Particularly if this restricted state takes place ALL day.
Now me personally, 19 now, have always been a “grower” and my penis is very sensitive to temperature, emotions, mood, etc. Becoming tiny almost instantly. And when erect, I suppose the size is normal, but not at all impressive. I find this particularly frustrating because all the other male relatives in my family would be considered extremely endowed. Yet I feel like a have the penis of a 13 year old. I also understand genetics play a role, and I’m not trying to come up with excuses, but the effect of ADHD stimulants on male genital development really should be investigated more.

Don’t worry, your penis will not permanently shrink from adderall. They have done extensive studies on this drug and that is definitely not a side effect associated with it. I will definitely trust the real scientists involved with testing these drugs over a couple college kids that “tried it on themselves.”
